I contacted three different companies for estimates on foundation settling repairs I chose Olsham and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I used Olshan Foundation Solutions for my sinking foundation in February-March 2026. It only took the crew 4 days to install 8 helical piers and they did a great, professional job. Everything was cleaned up for a final inspection before they left. Josh was the project manager and was great at explaining all they were doing every step of the way.
