Olivas was sub-contracted to repainted the exterior of two houses for me. All repairs to rotted facia boards, and a stair stringer were repairs with exceptional skill. The exterior was prepped for paint and coated twice. The finish on the lap siding was very smooth and even. The entire crew was very professional and clean making the project smooth and easy.
