I really loved my fireplace. Old Town Chimney did an excellent job. I recommend them for all y’all‘s work.

I was having some issues with another company and found Olde Towne on the internet. After speaking with Whitney, we got the parts ordered and once they were in (within a week I might add) got the repair scheduled. I had been without a working fireplace for nearly 2 months and from first call to repair day it was up and running within 10 days. I've already recommended them to other people. Wife and I went in on Monday the 19th to look at and purchase a new electric fireplace insert. The salesman was nice and we were ready to buy right there but they had to send us a estimate. Okay so Tuesday Wednesday Thursday came along no estimate. We called she said she was behind and she would get it out right away. Today is Thursday the 29th and we still don't have an estimate.
