This company is giving me a very hard time about getting my money back. It’s been weeks that I was told my refund would be processed and still nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this business for this reason.

Never will I ever use this company for my home projects again. I first waited 4 weeks on the first load of stone to come in and needed one more box. I ordered that on December 3rd and was told 2-4 weeks.It’s now January 20th and the stone hasn’t come in. I’ve emailed weekly for answers and today they said they’ve lost track of their trucks and are not sure when my stone would arrive. Just talked to the manager there and ironically now I can pick it up in 2-3 days. I never write reviews like this

The worse service ever seen. They deserve less than one star. The guy at the reception or front office don't care about the customers. Makes you wait answering phone calls, answering emails or talking with other staff. They don't realized that a physical person(client) is the most important thing in the house. A person visiting you guys is a potential customers. I don't recommend this place.
