We recently had a home built, the builder used Glen and Old Town Custom Cabinets. The installation went well and everything seemed to be fine. After discovering issues with their installation, we needed Glen to resolve it. When I called to schedule an appointment, Glen said give me two weeks and will come resolve the issue.
