QUIT SENDING ME MAIL!!!

Two of the Old Jacksonville fans were installed brand new when our house was built in 2010. Today is Aug 9, 2025. Incredible because they stay on 24 hrs a day. I have not had a problem with either one of them. Well done, Old Jacksonville!

I really wanted to purchase a new old jacksonville fan. I have had one for 20 years. I made an enquiry on the website as I wasn't sure what to get. No reply. I called the company. The lady that I spoke with was pleasant enough and asked me to send a photo of the one I had, as I wanted a similar one. I sent the photo. No reply. Very frustrated with their customer service.
