I called them out to replace a broken garage door spring yesterday. They came out and billed me $1677 to replace the two springs. My invoice only says American Springs and has not other information. I paid as I felt I didn’t have an option since he was there with the springs installed. Wow-just called TWICE and BOTH times, the person answering was THE RUDEST PERSON FOR NO REASON. THAT alone will be the reason I will cross them off my list to ever use them. This is why customer service is so important! Response: I have zero reason to lie. I stated that I called with questions and to get some basic info. Never even let me fill out a service form. Both times I called and spoke with a person-they were RUDE. That was MY experience with your company.
