The most inconsiderate and soulless company

This is the second time they have shut my service off 2 DAYS before the bill is even due!!!!! This has to be illegal. Is anyone else having this problem? I need to find out how I report it because every time they do this I also have to pay a reconnect fee of 50 dollars when it shouldn't have been shut off to begin with!!!!!!

They were having a party in the background in my service call. And they couldn't understand what I was saying. I asked about turning on my service and the just said "GOD".
