They refuse to let me pay my bill so i can get my gas turned back on they are trying to make me pay for someone elses bill that lived at my address and i have a veteran that is disabled we have been without heat for the last month due to this issue and i have been fighting with them on this issues and not to mention we have been using electric heaters that keep tripping my breakers.if it doesnt effect them they dont give a crap
