My experience with OSS has been great. From my first phone call with Joseph getting information on a carport. Took me week to decide that it was something I really wanted. Called him back a second time and in a matter of a few days he flew in to Maui and was talking to him in person on my property and working out the details. Although there is a wait time for materials to arrive I think I was rewarded with something beautiful for years to come. Also was fortunate to have two great installers.
