Honest, pleasant technician checked garage door + motor, said it was fine. Thank you. However, you left the chain gear in neutral, now I have to piss around with it until it works. I've done this before they're picky. UPDATE i could not get it to work. We'll have to pay a Las Cruces company to come out tomorrow. Oh by the way, if you call them, it may be any number of call centers, the coal centers don't know what a garage door is.!!!!

My experience was positive from beginning to end, from my initial phone consultation with Oscar to the outstanding service provided by Gary Pineda, technician. As an older woman I truly appreciated the professionalism Gary demonstrated. He was extremely well trained, had an excellent work ethic (hard to find these days), was an excellent communicator, was organized and did the work efficiently and completely. I hope he is appreciated by management for his hard work and dedication to his company
