Not a good experience. I went to make copies of a file. First the sales person said she cannot make copies for me unless I gave her my address (after I gave her email and phone number). I refused and ready to leave. Then, it turned out address was not required! After i paid and left, I found out she gave me only 29 copies instead of 50 copies I paid for. Had to return and ask for the rest of copies. Will not return to this place .

Been waiting here since 10:45 for an 11AM TSA Pre-Check appointment. Nothing. No acknowledgment. Almost 10 minutes late from the appointment and the only employee at the desk has been dealing with a demanding woman since I got here. What gives? At this point why even make an appointment if you can’t keep them on time? Hire more people if that’s the issue. I have been shopping at this particular Office Depot for several years and each visit has been great. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of supplies.
