UPDATE: The owner reached out via email - again rather than trying to resolve my concern - is adamant that the resolution is appropriate. Mind you, there is NO resolution. No action was taken by Off- road. None. Owner also wants to debate responsiveness. Just because you respond initially, doesn’t change that you ghosted the conversation and hoped I’d just go away. A week later, I again have to prompt follow up. Again - ghosted. Poor customer service. All because you don’t want to credit me for

Crazy to even say this, but it's the worst trash company I've ever had. They come at or before 6am, dont call you back in a timely manner, and have even taken trash out of and left to the side of my bin. I work from home at 6am and have repeatedly had to chase after them to get my trash picked up (I have cameras at my house that show their patterns). It's pretty ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and save your money and hassel by going with WM or Roadrunner.

If I could rate a negative review, I would. our trash bin was stolen and they told me they would look into the issue. They never did and refused to answer my calls regarding any follow up. They then sent me to collections for a “sent invoice”. I would never use a company like this again, given they claim to be a small town driven company.
