Avoid this company. Got patched through to the owner after asking a question for my 2nd house about what kind of plaster mix they use. The owner, Marlene O’Donnell, is a whole new level of Karen. Normally I don’t really care when customer service is poor - but wow.. I stayed polite, trying to get my question across, but from the moment I was patched through, every response from her was irritable, blunt, and condescending. Thought a family-owned business would be more invested in reputation.
