From start to finish, this was the easiest project I have ever had the experience to encounter. We initially, we had a contractor that was supposed to renovate our bathroom. That contractor, never responded. We purchased our product from Flor and Decor and was introduced to Roxana who is part of Ocotillo Flooring. We contracted through Ocotillo flooring and from start to finish, It was a very satisfying experience and would recommend Ocotillo to anyone who needs renovation done. Kudos to Ocotill

Buyers beware- Their own website raves about their excellent staff and in reality they subcontract their work to poorly skilled workers. Never showed up on the job site until there were big problems and did not install flooring per the manufacturers instructions causing huge problems. Charged for work not done and refused to correct billing and faulty work. Molding installed above floor level to collect water and dirt.
