Mr. Martinez "Don" was the most unprofessional and inadequate concrete guy I've ever met. He made my wife and I promises about the quality of his work and led us on with unfullfilled promises. Initially, he was responsive and polite. After he discovered he was unable to complete the basic job he deliberately initiated an argument and attempted a physical altercation with his yelling and screaming for absolutely no reason.
