Second year using this company. Last year was okay, but this year was a disappointing experience. I called ahead for sprinkler activation and asked about replacing one nozzle. I was quoted one price over the phone, but when the technician arrived, he tried charging much more. The issue is not the money. It is the principle. You cannot quote customers one thing and then change the price on site. When I questioned it, the manager, Oscar, was rude and dismissive instead of handling it professional
