Omer polite and explained things, to my understanding. Direct and to the point. Notify when on the way. Follow up call, making sure things were still working well. 2nd time contacting for service needed. Different problem. Helpful! Highly recommend if you don't know who to call.

Omer was extremely thorough and explained everything he was doing and answered all our questions. He gave great advice and suggestions, and we will definitely be using him in the fall for our heat and anything else we need.

Omer was great, communicated his estimated time and was on time. He fixed the problem quickly and shared recommendations. If we need a new hot water heater we will only use O&W heating and cooling.
