I am the most lenient, flexible and understanding person you could imagine. This company does not deserve any business at all. The owner is a mystery and there’s nobody held accountable for anything. Everything was a complete disaster from communication, inspections and installation. The electrician showed up completely unannounced and I wasn’t home to let him in. Absolutely terrible experience with install in WNY. Completely unresponsive, will schedule appointments and then not show up for them. I purchased solar through second sunrise, and they subcontracted through essential power. If you are in NY state, you are better off with a different company. I’ve had to resort to contacting my electricity provider directly to figure out the status of the system

Great experience, very professional installation.

Had a solar system installed by this company in 2023 and early 2026 experienced roof leaks in the areas of installation. Issue was not properly resolved despite multiple attempts to address it. No resolution and no response. I recommend doing thorough research, including reviewing their BBB profile, before moving forward.

I had this company install 44 panels on my roof. They took care of all the paperwork and permits. I needed a new roof and they worked with the roofers to install the correct brackets so I don't have any leaks. It came out great and the solar is offsetting all my electric usage. Highly professional company.
