Horrible experience think paying 2500 for a pair of poor quality curtains- they are GROSSLY overpriced , and took 7 weeks to deliver POOR quality blackout curtains in 130 willliam street in fidi ! Utterly ridiculous They let in so much light through the sides and by no means blackout .

This is third time over the years that I've used NY City Blinds. I'm very happy with the product and service. There is one glitch to point out on this latest project. The valences for the wood blinds were not included. I didn't even know to ask about it. Valences were included in the two previous projects. Wish I had known.

We’ve worked with NY City Blinds over the past six years. First, we changed out the fabric in existing blinds. Then we upgraded a few from hand rollers to rechargeable motors and switched some other fabric to black-out shades in the bedroom. The service is gracious, expert, and flexible, and the products top notch. We especially appreciate that Guy always answers us personally if we have an issue, question, or need a service call. We highly recommend them.
