Floyd was equally a pleasure to work with and he made sure the work was completed on time. We absolutely love how they converted our deck into a screen room.

I did not receive service from this company. However, I am reviewing the phone call from Floyd Roper and his lack of customer service. I understand that he may not have wanted to send a crew all the way out to Elgin, however he should have stated that from the beginning or just not called at all.
