We are new homeowners that had a water leak in our bathroom. We completed water mitigation and needed a rebuild done. We met with Romi and Isaac and decided to go with them for the rebuild. I want to preface this that they are very nice people and say a lot of nice things. But there were arguments and things done that were not done correctly and there were a lot of excuses. They were great when they did my roof a year ago, but trying to get in touch with them for the last week and they don't answer the phone or email. And apparently their website is down? are they out of business?

Poor customer service and communication.
