Been on hold for 40 mins after waiting a week and a half to hear from a manager they installed solar panels on my home and DID NOT PROPERLY WATER PROOF so my roof has been leaking since the installation and they REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE TO HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH ME I will be cross posting this review so the whole world can see because this is UNACCEPTABLE and if I don’t get a response I will contact the BBB

Work was ok, but now that it’s done I can’t get ahold of any customer service. Have been waiting since June 2024 for microinverter to fix a broken panel and no communication since the PoC left the company

Roof they did is amazing. Great price too
