About two months ago, I hired this company to install a 65-inch television in my home and paid $200 for the service. Unfortunately, the installation was done very poorly. The TV ended up tilting forward and the mount bent, creating a very dangerous situation in my home. I have a 3-year-old child, and the television almost fell on him, which could have caused a serious accident. When I contacted the owner to explain the situation and ask for a solution, his response was completely irresponsible.

Dear Roger, Im writing this review because I haven't heard back from you in a while. You came over that night to install my TV with the "special" package added on. We chatted for hours and made that connection that I haven't felt since I was locked up. In the end, I felt your pain and made that donation for your son to transition and play professional women's softball like you always wanted. And now I can't even get a call or text back. Roger and team were amazing to work with installing our new TV and soundbar. Awesome communication about availability and the process to complete job. From set up to clean up the whole process was top notch. I would give 10 stars if I could!!
