Our water heater wasn't as hot as it once was and I ran out of water very quickly. Nick was prompt to arrive and perform a thorough inspection and test of the unit. Our heater turned out to be in good condition. He checked the mixer valve of our shower and told us that it was likely the issue. He was very thorough, and explained everything he did. After several tests, and some troubleshooting I have now hotter water. He was patient and extremely courteous. Nick is highly recommended and I'll ask
