Kime was great. He showed up on time and even sent a text saying he would be here in 10 min. He explained to me that our logs were set up wrong, causing extra soot and disrupting the airflow. He rearranged the logs and cleaned the unit. That seems to have fixed the problem we were having. I will certainly have him back for annual maintenance.

This guy is my hero. My gas pool heater wasn’t working and I called McLean Pool and Spa who told me it wasn’t getting enough gas and to call Washington Gas. I called Washington Gas who told me I needed a larger gas meter and it would cost me $36k. I couldn’t believe that as I didn’t add anything new to the original meter. I called Kime at Nova gas. He came out, looked at the heater, immediately saw that my coils wer clogged and fixed it for $350. Wow! Very friendly, exceptional at what he
