Within the warranty period small cracks and chips started to appear. Justin came and looked at the situation and said that they would recoat but wanted to wait until the situation got worse and it was not winter and they would still consider it under warranty. several years later I thought that the situation was getting worse and tried to contact them. It’s been at least 10 years since they made our garage floor that was cracked and full of big holes look like new. Twice they have returned free of chargeharge to fix small cracks that came. Not surprising the condition they started with. The floor is still really nice and we still have people asking us who did our floor. Highly highly recommend this company..

We had a garage floor put in in 2014 in Eagan. A couple of years later we had some cracks and they came back and made sure that they fixed the garage floor back to new again.
