We have an Airbnb in Flagstaff and our guests were locked out due to dead batteries on the door. Our backup key holders are both out of town for the holiday weekend, Blake has already taken my call, got to the house, let the guests in AND changed the batteries in less than hour and a very reasonable charge for it! !
