North Shore Pool boys helped me get my pool up and running this year-I have never had a pool before and this was my first season-I’m grateful for north shore pool boys helping me with start up and also replacing the motor on the pool pump. They helped me get up and running in time for a graduation party and I’m so grateful!

My prior review was submitted prior to me finishing it. Meant to give 5 stars and wanted to write that they initially came out to my house within a day, and that was great. And then I thought I asked for a return visit but I never reached out to them and never asked them to come so I will try to delete the one star review which was a mistake on my part. In my area there are limited pool cleaning companies so I realize it may take a couple of days to get a response. Keep up the good work guys.

Filled out a form and called multiple times to speak to someone. Nobody called back and the only option when you call is to talk to some automated AI assistant thing. That always says you’ll hear back from Chris. Spoiler, never heard from Chris
