Jayne in customer service is awesome. She is pleasant,clear and understandable and very friendly.It was near closing time and she took her time with all my needs. What really makes it is that she is very knowledgeable and handled all my registering, getting credit for being billed,answered all my questions and straightening out ALL my personal imfo. as a first time customer. Jayne made it all easy and smooth. Put her over customer service people to train and oversee and and you cant go wrong. I

This company has left my family without heat for over a day and a half at this point. I have been on auto bill for 5 years. After a clerical error on their billing they don’t deliver propane. I have spent over 8 hours on hold over the last 2 days. Constantly telling me someone will call me back and should come out. I would stay FAR AWAY

They proudly promise delivery within 5 business days, but in reality they don’t seem to care about their own commitments.
