We hired them after having a pool company decided that they were just going to use chlorine instead of salt. Also had multiple issues with the other company. We decided to change. This has been the best decision we have done. This company has been amazing. Kevin is our pool maintenance person and has done amazing things with our Pool and is very knowledgeable and always friendly and my puppy huckleberry. Looks forward to seeing him every week.

NEFL pool service has been servicing our pool for decades our newest (7 months) technician Brad is always courteous, professional and capable. Brad always has time to say hello to me and my children if we are there but also respects that I work nights and am not always around. Brad always pays attention to not park where he might block me in even though he is not on property for long. Brad also makes sure if we have questions he has time for us not rushing things but providing quality service.

Brad services my uncovered pool weekly. We tend to be home when he comes and he is the best. Love chatting with him while he works. Super knowledgeable and friendly. He even greets my dog.
