The first guy that came out was apparently new, and he did a pretty good job cleaning the windows inside and out. There were a few spots missed, but overall it was a good job for something time consuming and difficult. I did have an issue where a solar screen was left blotchy with soap, and although it took a few days to get in contact with the company they did send another more experienced guy out who was able to clean off my solar screen so it was even and fix a metal piece that had come loose
