I work nights and Norbill showed up to my house without my knowing they were coming in the afternoon. The man pounded on the door like the police and woke me up. When I asked the man to stop pounding and give me a minute to get dressed he continued pounding loudly. Walking from the entrance of my porch (the screen door), by the window and back to pounding on my door repeatedly. Only one of my septic chambers was cleaned out when the guy said he did both. Lied to my face. He had to come back to pump out the other chamber and then left a huge tire rut the entire length of my driveway. Norbill said they would come out and fix the rut within the week and never showed up.
