I had their electrician come to my house to inspect my "outdated" electrical panel. My current service was 60 amp had no room for expansion. It was discovered that the issues I was having in my were a supply issue and not my home service. I had the utility come out and address the external issue addressed. The electrician said he found nothing wrong with my panel but I decided to have Noonan do an upgrade to my 50 year old panel and get me up to code. The showed right on time, went right to work
