They were initially quick and responsive for a few jobs, but unfortunately I later had a negative experience. One of the employees took payment for work that was never completed, and I was unable to recover over $1,000. Based on that experience, I would not use them again.

UPDATE: Within two minutes of posting this review they attempted to call and text. Turns out this is what it took to get a response. This time Austin did provide me with a screenshot where a refund was processed. It was dated one day after I had to call the CC company to finalize the dispute (6 days ago). Not sure why they didn't handle this sooner to avoid the CC company getting involved or why they didn't send the screenshot as soon as they had processed the refund. Nonetheless, the experience

Austin and Josh were awesome! I called at the first sign of a leak from my water heater, and Austin personally came out same day to assess it for me. Then he and Josh came back the next day with the replacement and knocked it out quickly and professionally. All handled in less than 24 hours from my first call! I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs!

The owner of this company is fantastic! Very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I requested a quote for a bidet install, and he was here within hours to provide an estimate and ended up starting the work straight away. Everyone at nonstop is amazing! I needed my toilet and vanity sink removed So that I could paint my bathroom. They got me on the schedule next day and communicated so well! I reached out to several companies about this job and they all wanted to charge a fee to come out and look. Nonstop was able to give me an estimate over the phone and took great care in their job. They came back to reinstall everything too. I hope I never have a plumbing emergency, but I know who I can call and trust!
