Decent project management and oversight of jobs. Isaac is a cordial, customer focused guy, and is tightening up the management side of things. Is willing to do right by the customer when his contractors do poor work. Overall cost effective and nice home. We built from 2018-2020. Covid was a headache but Isaac and ccmeww got it done.

We are doing a guesthouse remodel and needed lots of work done. They came out to give us a quote and then never followed through with the quote. It's been over 2 months and I still haven't heard back from them. Disappointed.

Niu construction managed the construction of my new house. The quality was excellent. Pricing was very good. Working with Isaac (owner) was always beneficial. Only 4 stars because of schedule issues with subs although I recognize that this is extremely difficult especially as I was 2 hours away.
