DO NOT MOVE TO GARY!!! WARNING!!!! THIS UTILITY COMPANY NIPSCO which some call PIMPSCO. WARNING, THEY CHARGE CAR NOTE PRICES, I never knew I could afford a freakin car note until nipsco. I’m ALL THE CITIES I’ve lived in this utility company is the worse they guess/ estimate(READ YOUR BILL), some will say actual usage and some will say estimated/guess*estimated usage. I WANT MY MONEY! I put down a $450.00 deposit they said would never be/ could never be used towards a bill but yet they SO-called
