Showed up on time. Very polite and knowledgeable. Did a great job on my plumbing, HVAC and electrical.

The Tech went above and beyond to provide EXCELLENT service. He called to say that he was on his way, he was courteous and professional. He also showed genuine integrity in that our prior HVAC service provider led us to believe a part needed replacement but that was not the case. We also found the office staff to be friendly and helpful. After our first experience with Nichol's Mechanical, we would highly recommend them.

Was able to get me on the schedule quickly. Water heater was not producing well upstairs and we had to turn it up causing downstairs to be way too hot. Chris was professional and kept us in the loop every step of the way and was able to fix the issue fast.
