Procoro was always quick to respond to my messages and got my project done quickly. His pricing is very reasonable and he did excellent work. Our porch and steps had been chipping for years and had a huge crater at the top and large parts of the step corners missing; now they look brand-new! He was able to get the color to match our old driveway too. I recommend him highly, don't hesitate to hire him! He was also nice enough to repair a cinderblock fence for us while he was here. Great guy!

Niagara was recommended to me by another contractor. They were very easy to work with, asked questions to make sure they gave me what I would like, and did a great job making my garage floor look like a showroom. All at a reasonable price. SO. We called for a foundation/ concrete company to check on our backyard and a room in the basement that's flooded. The 2 stars for his prompt visit to check on the damage. They refinished my garage floor. It was in pretty bad shape and it turned out great. Their prices where reasonable and fair. They came when they said they would and finished the job without skipping any days. They worked hard and long. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them. I am not a friend or relative, I had never heard of them before two weeks ago. This is a completely independent and honest review.
