I had a good experience with Next Day Home Inspections. The inspector was thorough and explained everything clearly, and the report was detailed and delivered promptly. However, I was not a fan of the roof being inspected by camera instead of the inspector physically going on the roof. While the images were helpful, I would have preferred a hands-on roof inspection.
