Travis was very good at communicating all the details before and after installation. Mike was good for the install but could have been better at communicating and asking for assistance with flushing the air out of the system. He used the closest tap to the water heater (our kitchen sink) to expel the air. What I wish had happened is that he ask us to open ALL the taps (in the bathrooms and the tub/shower) to get rid of the air. I assumed that the air had been properly purged from the system

He was extremely professional, showed up early, introduced himself and explained the process. The install was timely and clean up...exceptional. When finished he shared valuable maintenance information that will help with longevity of the equipment.
