I worked with John on a claim for hail damage to my house in South Saint Louis. He helped me file the claim, walked me through the process of how it would work, and ultimately NexGen replaced my roof. They did amazing work, and I couldn’t be happier. Recently we had the pleasure of working with NexGen Builders on our two roof replacements. NexGen was excellent, and Roman was especially helpful and supportive! He made it easy to understand the claim process as well as highly communicative and was great with follow up during the entire process. He was always available when I called even on vacation, sorry about that Roman! The roofers were excellent FAST. I would recommend NexGen to anyone! You will not be disappointed!
