The technician, Ram did an amazing job cleaning both of our gas fireplaces! The one fireplace was in our house when we purchased it 6 years ago. Ram repositioned the logs and the bottom embers -now all glow with a red/orange color. Previously some of them had the "blue" gas look. His attention to detail was terrific. Th fireplace has never looked better!
