In November of 2025, I hired NewHaus Roofing and construction to do a “full reroof” for $23,200. The day the roof was removed, Greg, the sales rep, came out and told me there was a big problem and he showed me some very deceiving close up photos of problem areas in my roof. He led me to believe that they needed to cover my entire roof with OSB (which should have been included in a “full reroof”) before they could continue which now meant a change order for $17,800, almost doubling the initial pr
