It was refreshing to speak to Mr. Melton on the day of cleaning my walkway and driveway. He was able to present a business card which most contractors do not. He explained what he can and can not do so, my expectations were not very high on what to expect. The cement is old so you just do not know what would pop up after cleaning. He was late at the appointment but,he gave a courtesy call to me, explaining what happened and told me the time he would arrive at my house. His professionalism is off
