This is our 8th time using Larry with New York House Inspectors for an inspection. All the times we needed him to get to the property the next day, and he fit us into his schedule even thought it was extremely short notice. We have nothing but good things to say. He's a great thorough inspector, always offers awesome advice, he's quick, efficient, and we trust his judgement. We will definitely refer him to our friends and family in the near future.
