We worked with new stone thru our general contractor. During installation, the guys nicked a corner of the countertop. We called the owner to schedule a time for them to come back out for repair. It took a couple months to get a date after I made a few callbacks. Considering the amount of money we spent on the countertop, I don't know why it was such a low priority. We finally did get a repair date scheduled but unfortunately my husband did not hear the doorbell when they said they came. Neithe
