From day one until the last day (today) the process was seamless. Amazing how fast they assembled a VERY high quality four seasons sunroom. They were not disruptive to our lives at all. I have done over 50 projects the last 25 years and NE Sunrooms is top notch. I am in the commercial building automation business and coordination of a project this magnitude can be tricky. Used NESC this spring and summer to be an early adopter with a new product - their aluminum motorized patio pergola. Could not have been more pleased with the entire soup-to-nuts process. You can tell it truly is a family-run business built on the pride of the product they deliver. From first interactions with their sales rep Mason, through Eddie and their install team and Peter the owner - as well as some of the subs (electrical) they use. I never felt lost or in the dark in the whole process.
