Tigran and New Concept did a renovation of our town home in Rockville. They did a great job and very quickly. They made the home very desirable for moving in. Essentially they made a finished basement, renovated all the rooms, including the kitchen and all bathrooms, changed all the doors, floors, and windows, painted all walls, repaired the stairs and the deck, and cleaned up the outside area. Wonderful job and very quickly, within a month or so, and for very good price. I highly recommend!
