Jason and Shelby are a great team! They were able to get network outlets in the places we needed for future plans and to a converted shed that is to be a study/research/gaming space for our son who is in college. They will be back to complete a Phase 2 Wi-Fi revamp for both indoor and outdoor space, as well as, Audio/Video home theater setup. We can't wait! We will update with photos once the A/V setup has been done!

We recently had an issue with our Epson printer. Epson Support was unwilling to help us with the issue over the phone even though it seemed like a somewhat simple software issue. We reached out to New Braunfels Tech. Jason was able to identify and quickly resolve the issue for a fair & reasonable fee. He will definitely be our go-to guy for future tech issues.

I have used New Braunfels Tech twice now for running cables in my house. They did an outstanding job each time. The house presented a number of unforseen challenges, but they kept at it until the job was done. Even after a long day, they took the time to double check to make sure everything was working before they left. I highly recommend them.
